2-5 years minimal experience working in the trades as a carpenter or similar trade such as tiling, roofing, electrical, exterior finishes, painting, etc
Having basic carpentry handtools and a working vehicle
Ability to do carpentry related simplemath and breakdown measurements to the 1/8th or 1/16th
Experience and knowledge of the construction industry and overall process and ability to perform related tasks
Ability to be on feet for 8 hrs a day and works well with hands in varying working conditions
Team oriented individual that understands and values a team effort to get a job completed properly
Adaptive mentality with an understanding that changes and situations will be encountered that we have to adapt to evolve plans quickly to meet objectives
Eagerness to learn and improve one’s skillset
Understanding of finished quality expectations for all aspects of residential construction
General knowledge of all the residential trades and processes associated
Ability to properly lift heavy object up to 100lbs
Comfort level with working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and roof lines
Focus and dedication to safe working practices and utilization of safety equipment and protective gear
Professional Painting Technician
$15 - $20 per hour based on Skill Set & Experience! Ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience who are reliable, dedicated trade professionals with a passion for their craft and have the following:

Spray technician
$20 - $30 per hour, Based on Skill set & Experience!
1-3 years of experience working in a spray shop or spray booth and strong knowledge of both airless and HVLP sprayers
Majority of work will consist of Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing
Ability to maintain, clean, and troubleshoot any issues that occur with sprayers
Strong understanding of products, finishes, and application methods
Ability to identify condition of surfaces and necessary preparation to prepare for refinishing
Time management skills to properly organize schedules and processes based on dry times and expected completion dates
Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to receiving and providing constructive criticism
